Data covered
Special categories of health-related personal data: uploaded medical documents, lab results, biomarkers, reference values, medicine and intake schedule data, and information the user voluntarily provides to the AI assistant.
Purposes
Recognizing and structuring lab reports, displaying trends, maintaining the medicine cabinet and reminders, and preparing informational AI explanations and user reports.
Actions
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer under instruction, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction using automated and mixed processing.
AI/OCR and processors
For recognition and informational explanations, the operator may instruct infrastructure and AI/OCR providers to process only the data needed for the feature. AI context is minimized and stripped of direct identifiers unless the raw document is required for recognition selected by the user.
Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved, the account is deleted, or consent is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn through support. Processing then stops and data is deleted or depersonalized unless another lawful retention basis applies.
How it is recorded
The separate choice is stored with the document version, date and time, registration source, and technical evidence of consent. When a new medical file is uploaded, the user additionally confirms processing of that selected file.
