Personal data subject

A medrecord service user who registers, signs in, uploads medical lab reports, or uses the service features.

Purposes of processing

Creating and maintaining an account, uploading and recognizing lab reports, storing structured laboratory indicators, displaying health trends, preparing informational prompts, providing technical support, ensuring service security, and complying with legal requirements.

List of personal data

Email, name or display name, account data, technical session information, subscription information, lab report files uploaded by the user for processing, laboratory indicators extracted from them, test dates, laboratory names, units of measurement, reference values, and other health-related information contained in documents provided by the user.

Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer under instruction, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data using automated and mixed processing.

Transfer and delegated processing

I agree that the operator may delegate data processing to providers of hosting, databases, AI/OCR services, analytics, payment infrastructure, communications, and technical support, if necessary for medrecord to operate and subject to confidentiality.

Special categories of data

I separately consent to the processing of special categories of personal data concerning health that I independently upload or enter into the service.

Term and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, the account is deleted, or the consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the operator using the contacts specified in the Policy. After withdrawal, processing stops and data is deleted or depersonalized unless the law requires otherwise.

Confirmation

By ticking the checkbox in the interface and submitting the form, I confirm that this consent is given freely, by my own will and in my own interest, and that it is specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.

Before public launch, replace the operator placeholders with real legal details and a contact address for consent withdrawal.
